Pickup Location:

All orders placed with ITEZ  must be picked up at the following location:

Pickup Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • Sunday and Public Holidays: Closed

Pickup Instructions:

  1. Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS. This will include details of your purchase and instructions for pickup.

  2. Ready for Pickup Notification: You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for this notification before coming to the pickup location.

  3. Pickup Process: Upon arrival at the pickup location, please provide your order confirmation number and a valid ID to collect your order.

  4. Pickup Timeframe: Orders must be picked up within 7 days of receiving the “Ready for Pickup” notification. If you are unable to pick up your order within this timeframe, please contact us to make alternative arrangements.

Important Notes:

  • No Shipping Available: Please note that we do not offer shipping or delivery services at this time. All orders must be picked up in person at the above location.
  • Order Pickup by Third Parties: If you wish to have someone else pick up your order on your behalf, please provide us with their name and contact information ahead of time. They will also need to present a valid ID and the order confirmation number.
